How quickly can I get my pergola in the UAE?
Delivery times depend on the model and configuration — we confirm your exact delivery date during the free consultation before you order. Custom sizes and special finishes typically take 12–14 weeks.
What warranty do I get?
10-year warranty on the aluminium structure, 5 years on moving parts (louvres, screens) and 2 years on motors & electronics. In a warranty case, covered parts are replaced free of charge — simply contact our service team via WhatsApp or email.
Is professional installation included?
Every pergola quote for the UAE includes professional installation — you do not need to assemble anything yourself. Prefer to self-install? Most models can be assembled by two people in 5–8 hours with our step-by-step videos and WhatsApp support.
Which custom sizes are possible?
We manufacture custom sizes from 2×2 m up to 4×8 m in 25 cm increments. Standard RAL colours at no extra charge from quantity 1; special finishes (anodised, wood look) on request.
Does the smart-home integration work reliably?
Yes — tested with Apple HomeKit, Google Home and Alexa, Matter-ready from model year 2025. The app is our own development, runs on iOS and Android and also works without internet in your local Wi-Fi.
What does the pergola really cost — final price?

What if I am not satisfied?
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. Defective products are always repaired or replaced free of charge under our warranty and UAE consumer law. Custom-made pergolas are excluded from change-of-mind returns — that is why we offer a free video consultation before you order.
