Yes. The structure is made of rust-proof, powder-coated aluminium that does not rot, warp or corrode in heat, humidity or salty coastal air. Depending on the model, it withstands winds of 100 to 150 km/h. Designed in Switzerland, engineered for strong sun.

Closed, the louvres block direct sunlight and UV radiation and create deep shade. Opened, they let rising warm air escape, so the space underneath stays airy. You choose the balance of shade and airflow at any time, by remote or app.

Yes. When the louvres are fully closed, the area underneath stays dry. Rain is guided through the louvres into the integrated gutters and drained in a controlled way down through the posts.

Aluminium and powder coating are unaffected by sand. We recommend rinsing the louvres and gutters with water from time to time, especially after a sandstorm, and lightly lubricating the moving parts once a year. That keeps the mechanism running smoothly for many years.

Louvres, lighting and blinds are operated by remote control or app, including schedules and scenes. The system works with Tuya, Smart Life, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple Home.

We offer SkyLite ECO, SkyMotion LED, SkyMax Ultra, SkyInfinity Pro and SkyGrand Master in standard sizes from 3 × 3 m. SkyMax and SkyGrand are also available made to measure, with custom size, height, colour and accessories. The configurator shows every option with the final price.

Anthracite (RAL 7016) is our standard colour and usually available from stock. White (RAL 9016) is available with a lead time. Made-to-measure pergolas can be ordered in any RAL colour on request.

10 years on the aluminium structure and 5 years on moving parts such as louvres and blinds. Spare parts availability is guaranteed for 10 years.

Standard models ship from our stock in Dubai within 2–3 business days to anywhere in the UAE. Made-to-measure pergolas take 12–14 weeks to produce. The expected date is shown in the configurator before you order.

We agree the delivery date with you by phone in advance and let you know shortly before arrival, so someone can be on site.

Yes. On request, our own installation team and certified partners install your pergola across the UAE. You can also assemble it yourself: step-by-step instructions are available as PDF and video.

Around 5–6 hours for a standard model, depending on experience and how many people help.

For maximum wind resistance we recommend reinforced point foundations of 50 × 50 × 50 cm, into which the posts are anchored. Alternatively, the pergola can be fixed directly onto an existing concrete slab or terrace.

It depends on size and location. In gated communities such as Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas or DAMAC you usually need a developer NOC and/or a Dubai Municipality or Trakhees permit. Smaller structures outside gated communities (under 20 m² and under 3 m high) are often exempt. We can handle the entire process for you for AED 4,500, and we clarify your case free of charge.

Yes. Side blinds with ZIP guidance, fixed or sliding louvred walls and glass walls close the sides as needed and add privacy. All can be retrofitted later.
