Once you have received our pickup confirmation, you can come by during Planzer’s opening hours and pick up the pergola. When you arrive at the main entrance, you will notice a warehouse door where you can check in.

Duration

We provide a 2-year warranty on our products.

Implementation

In the event of a warranty claim, we take care of all services. We carry these out ourselves to ensure that you, as a customer, receive the best possible support. In addition, we keep all required spare parts in stock. This allows us to ensure a fast and smooth handling of your warranty case at any time.
