Your responsibilities

  • Advising discerning private clients in the luxury segment
    Independent management of the entire sales process (from quote to contract signing)
  • Leading negotiations at a high level

  • Developing and maintaining strategic partners (architects, landscapers, etc.)

  • Supporting selected existing clients on larger projects

  • Close coordination with project management, marketing, executive management, and the installation team

  • CRM maintenance and forecasting (HubSpot)

  • Structured project coordination (ClickUp, bexio)

Professional qualifications

  • At least three years of sales experience
  • Well-groomed and confident appearance
  • Category B driving licence
  • Very good language skills in Swiss German and French/English
  • Strong sales mindset and proven closing ability
  • Confidence in sales conversations
  • Performance-driven and a winner mentality
  • Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Customer focus and identification with our products

Qualifications:

min. Commercial basic training (EFZ)

  • Further training in sales (e.g. Sales Specialist with Federal Diploma of Higher Education)
  • Further education in business administration (HF/FH)
  • Technical background with sales experience (for consultative products)
