Performance Ads Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok — Setup, daily optimization, scaling of top performers

Campaign Architecture Funnel logic, audiences, bidding strategies, naming conventions — clean, scalable, and transparent

Creative Production Image, video, copy — created with AI tools (Nano Banana, Higgsfield, ChatGPT) and manually, depending on the concept

Landing Page Optimization Set up Shopify landing pages, conduct A/B testing, and implement clean conversion tracking

Tracking & Attribution Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, Server-Side — reliable data as the basis for decisions

Reporting Weekly report to management with ROAS, CAC, LTV — clear, honest, without vanity metrics

Content & SEO Long-form content, AI search optimization (GEO), schema.org, internal linking

At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google mandatory)

Confident with Ads Manager, GA4 and Google Tag Manager

An understanding of funnel logic, audiences and bidding strategies

Data-driven work — you know what a ROAS is and how it differs from a MER

A hands-on mentality when creating creatives (brief and setup, not just a briefing email)

Very good German — Swiss German an advantage

Structured work — clear naming conventions, clean reporting

A taste for high pace, fast iterations and clear ownership

Bonus: experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Higgsfield)

Education / Background

Marketing degree, communication training, or equivalent preferred · Career changers with proven performance marketing success are explicitly welcome · Bonus: Shopify/Liquid experience, HubSpot, n8n, Photoshop/Figma
