We are looking for someone to expand this setup, improve it daily, and support the rest of the team.

The Role

This isn't an IT support job.
You're the architect of our processes.

You build workflows that save real effort. You decide what gets automated — and how.

Build n8n workflows Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows for sales, operations, and marketing

ClickUp Automations Set up and fine-tune custom fields, status logic, webhooks, and rule engine for all teams

API integrations Bexio, HubSpot, Shopify, Outlook, Cal.com, Twilio, WhatsApp — neatly wired, documented, and monitored

Data Flows & Dashboards Supply Supabase, Google Sheets, and marketing dashboard with data from all systems

AI-powered processes Integrate Claude and OpenAI into workflows — e.g., recruiting bot, email draft bot, evaluation pipelines

Bug Fixing & Tuning Monitor existing workflows, diagnose errors, improve performance, eliminate cost drivers

Documentation Build clean onboarding knowledge for the team — no knowledge silo with one person

Sparring with management team Direct line to management — you contribute suggestions on what we should automate next

At least 2 years of experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar

Confident with REST-APIs, Webhooks and JSON

Basic JavaScript skills (n8n Code-Nodes)

An understanding of data models, tables and relationships

A structured, documentation-friendly way of working

Very good German — Swiss German an advantage

A taste for ownership and fast iterations

A hands-on mentality — you build, you test, you deploy

Enjoyment of tools and of optimising workflows

Education / Background

IT Federal Diploma, Business Informatics, Mediamatics, or equivalent preferred · Career changers with proven workflow/API experience are explicitly welcome · Bonus: Experience with Bexio, HubSpot, or Shopify APIs
