The Role

This isn't an administrative job.
You're the engine of sales.

Personal responsibility from day one. Direct customer contact. Real deals.

Consultation in the luxury segment Serving discerning private clients — from the initial consultation to completion

Complete sales process Independently from the offer to the contract signing — no relay race

Negotiation skills Price negotiations at a high level — confident, direct, and closing with strength

Build a partner network Acquire and maintain strategic partners such as architects and landscapers

Customer Retention Support and develop selected clients on larger projects

CRM & Forecasting Structured work in HubSpot, ClickUp, and bexio — precise and forward-looking

On-site appointments Occasional site visits and customer appointments within the service area

Close team coordination Coordination with project management, marketing, executive management, and installation

At least 3 years of proven sales experience

Strong closing ability and negotiation skills

A polished, confident presence in client conversations

Very good Swiss German — French and/or English an advantage

Driving licence category B

Identification with premium products and discerning clients

Education / Background
