All personal data required to carry out the order is stored in machine-readable form, treated confidentially and processed and stored exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected (conducting correspondence, handling orders). Where applicable, the data necessary for processing an order, such as name and address, is passed on, within the scope of carrying out the delivery, to the companies entrusted with the delivery of the purchased item. The customer authorises Spa Solutions GmbH, until revoked, to store and use his address data for sending newsletters and information on its own behalf by e-mail and/or by post. Upon request, the customer will be provided with information about the stored data. In addition, there is a right to rectification of data as well as a right to object and to revoke consent at any time. Consent that has been granted can only be revoked with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the revocation is not affected thereby. Spa Solutions GmbH is responsible for the processing, rectification, blocking or deletion of data. There is also a statutory right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
