Cancellation before payment and/or shipment

Cancellation within 24 hours of ordering (free of charge):
If you have ordered accessories or pergolas from Sky Pergola and subsequently no longer wish to proceed with your order, you may cancel the purchase free of charge within 24 hours of ordering, without giving any reason, provided the order has not yet been shipped or put into production.

The cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to Sky Pergola.

Cancellation after 24 hours, before shipment (pergolas)

Cancellation after the 24-hour period:
After the 24-hour period following the order of a pergola (online or by telephone) has elapsed, cancellation of the contract is only possible under the following condition:

  • A compensation for expenses of 10% of the purchase price is charged
    (min. CHF 1’000.–, max. CHF 3’000.–)

  • The cancellation must be communicated in writing to Sky Pergola

This rule applies as long as the goods have not yet been delivered.

Item has been delivered and/or paid for

With your payment you confirm your order in a binding manner. From this point onward, the following return provisions apply:

Return of pergolas and accessories

Pergolas and accessories from Sky Pergola may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods under the following conditions:

  • The goods must be new, unused and complete

  • The return must be made in the original, undamaged original packaging

  • There must be no traces whatsoever of assembly, use or weather

Return & costs:
The return is made entirely at the customer’s cost and responsibility (incl. packaging, transport, shipping or freight).
After dispatch, the track-&-trace code must be sent by e-mail to Sky Pergola.

Refund:
After a flawless inspection and arrival of the goods, the full purchase price (100%) will be refunded.
No restocking fee is charged.

Goods damaged during shipment

Should the goods arrive damaged in transit, please notify Sky Pergola in writing by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt and attach meaningful photos of the damage.
We will examine the damage immediately and offer a suitable solution.

Note

These cancellation and return rules apply exclusively to products of the Sky Pergola brand.
Different conditions may apply to other products or ranges.
